CBSE revises post-result grievance process for Class 10th and 12th students

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced changes in the post-results process for the 2025 exams. As per the new process, students will first have to obtain a photocopy of their answer sheet and then opt for verification of marks or revaluation. Earlier, the process was a linear system, in which photocopies were obtained before the marks were verified.

The new process gives students an opportunity to review their answers and understand the marking scheme, identify any errors and request for revaluation. CBSE has informed all the concerned schools about this update and more details will be available on the official website. Guidelines for the application process will be issued after the declaration of Class 10 and Class 12 results.
